Erin Ward

Erin Ward, an Army spouse, is Chief Operating Officer for the Military Spouse Corporate Career Network and operations manager for Corporate America Supports You. These nonprofit organizations provide employment readiness and job placement assistance to members of the military community.

Erin previously spent 18 years working with many military family and local civic programs, and for 10 years served as an Army Family Readiness Group leader. Her experience in broadcasting, administration, and marketing prepared her well for her current position as an advocate for military spouse and veteran employment.

Erin also serves on several military spouse program boards and is a member of the National Military Family Association, Army Aviation Association of America, U.S. Army Ordnance Corps Association, and the Fort Eustis, Fort Bragg, and Fort Lee spouses clubs. She has won numerous awards for her work in support of military families.

Erin has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications from Trident University International and is pursuing a master’s degree in business management. She and her husband are the proud parents of three children.
