Tim Grailer currently serves as leader of Social Impact and Finance Operations for Tyson Foods. In this role, Tim supports budgeting, planning, and strategic initiatives across Tyson Foods. In addition, Tim leads all philanthropic partnerships and activities for Tyson Foods.
Prior to joining Tyson Foods, Tim spent 15 years in the software industry developing fundraising, marketing, event management and CRM software at Public Interest Data, Convio and Blackbaud. Most recently, Tim led the Nonprofit Vertical product management practice at Blackbaud.
Tim received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from Carthage College and his MBA from George Mason University.
